Hogwarts: The Easter Holidays
Apr. 2nd, 2013 04:08 pmLeah loves her job. She loves living in Hogwarts, she loves teaching and she loves historical research. She particularly loves living near her best friends, and having a now more-than sort-of boyfriend who visits frequently.
She doesn't love her boss, but that's okay. She's supposed to not love him. But he's still why she's here, really. And as long as Ozai continues to play the long game, the tactically-minded historian needs to stay in the castle, to keep a magical eye on him, and to try and beat him to his search. That's the number one reason she's here, and why she rarely actually leaves.
So when something unusual turns up in her usual reports, she can't follow it up in person.
She just cross references with the notes she has on hand and, incinerates them immediately.
Then she's out of her office, sweeping a dramatic line directly along the most direct pathway to the lake.
The advantage of wizarding robes, of course, is the opportunity to sweep a good sweep.
